Jessica Minnich

Jessica joined Aleto in March of 2022 to lead in aligning HR functions with organizational growth and strategic initiatives. She brings over 11 years of experience within the HR field and is passionate about creating an inclusive and engaging company culture.

Jessica specializes in a number of disciplines such as employee engagement, workforce planning, leadership development, recruiting, compliance, and benefits. She received her SHRM-CP and PHR certifications in July of 2018. Prior to Aleto, Jessica worked for healthcare, government contracting, and IT industries.

A graduate of the University of Alaska Fairbanks, Jessica now resides in Austin, Texas. In her spare time, she enjoys warm weather activities like sand volleyball, kayaking, and hiking.
