Core Services: Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) and Facilities Helpdesk

SEC’s Office of Building Operations (OBO), Facilities Operations Branch, provides a wide range of programs that involves management of the agency’s facilities and assets and the provision of support services.

Aleto supports OBO’s Facilities Operations staff by providing technical expert advice, guidance, and assistance on space utilization, maintenance, and management. Our team primarily supports the Headquarters (HQ) location in the Washington, DC area and with secondary responsibilities for the (11) SEC Regional Offices (ROs). This includes management of the occupancy database, monthly space management floor plans, and the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS).

Our team also works alongside the Facilities Helpdesk in monitoring and responding to facilities requests. We facilitate moves, additions, and changes (MAC) for HQ and ROs. Our support extends from start to finish, including ordering, reconfiguration, and installation of furniture.
