Luis is a proven problem solver committed to identifying and harnessing the latest opportunities to transform business performance and improve bottom-line growth. Luis is obsessed with real estate development and is experienced with LEED, Green Communities, and green energy initiatives. Luis is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Gail Fisher

CHIEF OF STAFF

Gail has decades of experience running complex projects and putting systems in place to ensure project success. She has served as a strategic planner and international development officer for the U.S. Army, bringing organization, consistency, and tenacity to any project. From her deployments to Afghanistan, Gail learned about the importance of good governance in driving long-term social benefit. Her passion is working toward regenerative and sustainable urban land use solutions that build equity and environmental sustainability into the bottom line.
